IFSA wants to challenge our top tier in-flight industry chefs to enter the Annual Chefs Competition - one of the most anticipated and exciting events of the year! This year the competition heads to Long Beach where the IFSA Annual Meeting & Expo will take place. Chefs will showcase their skills in a dynamic arena against the most talented chefs from around the world to see who can take the heat and cook their way to the title of Best In-Flight Executive Chef of 2017. IFSA kicked off 2017 with a fantastic Regional Event in San Francisco. With 80 attendees, this was our most successful event yet! Our members enjoyed visiting with colleagues, meeting new members and enjoying donated refreshments. 2017 Foundation Scholarships
Since its inception in 2000, IFSA Foundation has raised almost $700,000, awarding scholarship money to over 135 deserving students. The scholarships range from $2000 to $10,000 and are open to families of all of our member companies. Whether you or a family member is entering college for the first time, or returning as an adult learner, please take advantage of this wonderful program. The deadline for submissions is April 28.
