We are building out meeting rooms on the show floor if you want to do that, or of course you are welcome to exhibit. Below is the pricing structure the planning committee has created to accommodate meeting space:
If Exhibiting: $2,000 per day
Non-Exhibiting: $2,500 per day
Includes: 6’ table and 4 chairs
If Exhibiting: $5,000 per day
Non-Exhibiting: $6,000 per day
Includes: Round table and (4) chairs, possibly sofa/coffee table combo (I will get confirmation on this to you)

Meeting space will be on a first come first serve basis. Please let me know as soon as possible how you would like to proceed. Also if you have any questions don’t hesitate to reach out.
New Product Showcase
The New Product Showcase provides exhibiting members an additional opportunity to promote their new product or product innovation. The goal is to drive interest in new items, buyers to exhibitors’ booths, and create more sales leads for exhibitors.
The glass wall case will be placed near the registration area. Exhibiting members will be able to purchase an area about 20” deep x 12”wide x 12” high for $300 when they register for a booth or purchase meeting space.
