Nominations must relate to benefits the candidates have achieved in and for the onboard services business. The action/achievements for which the candidate is being nominated should have made exceptional or significant contributions to the onboard industry—to the development and well being of the entire industry, to their company, to passengers, to colleagues, to partners, or to other stakeholders. For example: a nomination could be made for initiating a special employee intake program for underprivileged minorities, but not for an individual who assists needy people in a way that is unrelated directly to the industry.
