| The President's Award recognizes an individual or group of individuals within the International Flight Services Association (IFSA) who have made remarkable efforts in overall service and dedication to the onboard industry. The achievements are characterized by dedication, service, passion, and innovation within the industry.
As care and service become increasingly important for the success of our industry, the need to recognize those individuals who go the extra mile is paramount. The President's Award gives IFSA members an opportunity to recognize those individuals who add another dimension to the development of our industry by going above and beyond the call of duty.
The President's Award is the most prestigious award made personally by the President of IFSA and is presented annually at the IFSA Conference. The candidates are nominated by IFSA members and then narrowed down to a group of finalists by an online member vote. The finalists are evaluated by a panel of judges from IFSA. All finalists are invited to the IFSA conference and the President's Banquet. The overall winner will be announced at a centerpiece ceremony during the banquet. All other finalists are entered into the President's Roll of Honor. The award recipient will receive a crystal award in the form of an eagle to represent strength, courage, standing by conviction, and leading by example. |
