Due to an unexpected schedule conflict at the San Diego Convention Center, move in for exhibitors for the International Inflight Food Service Association will begin on Saturday morning, April 8 versus the original afternoon move in of Friday, April 7.

In order to provide you as much additional time for move in prior to the opening of the Exhibition, we have arranged for the following extended exhibitor move in and set up times:

Saturday, April 8 -- 7:30am - 8:00pm
Sunday, April 9 -- 7:30am - 9:30am

Exhibitor Personnel Registration Requirements

For exhibiting companies, the Booth Contract Fee does not include registration for booth personnel to attend conference activities or staff the exhibit booth. Each exhibiting company is required to register at least one of its representatives at the established registration rate for the applicable member category. For companies occupying three or more booths, two full conference registrations are required. Once the above requirement is met, additional “Exhibit Personnel” badges may be purchased at $150.00 each per day.

Scheduling of Non-IFSA Functions

Please remember that no events are to be scheduled in conflict with official IFSA events. This would include hospitality suites, special breakfasts or dinners, and/or recreational activities.
