The IFSA Conference Planning Committee announces the availability of sponsorships for the many functions and events that will be part of the 2005 IFSA Annual Conference and Exhibition. Sponsorships provide a unique opportunity to create added visibility and name recognition for your products and services targeted to the onboard industry.

In an effort to make the sponsorship program as fair and equitable as possible, sponsorships are available to all members, Active and Allied, who may wish to participate. As a sponsor, your support will help defray the cost of producing the conference and enable IFSA to maintain the registration fee at an affordable rate, while still providing a program of optimum value.

Four levels of sponsorships are provided to allow the widest possible spectrum of participation. Listed here are the levels along with the various benefits each sponsor will receive to strengthen and extend their presence at the conference.

Sponsorships for each of the individual functions and events will be assigned in order of request. Fax transmissions will be accepted. All such requests must be in writing. Following receipt of your requests, IFSA headquarters will send you a contract, which must be filled out, and payment submitted no later than MONDAY, MARCH 14, 2005.

Please note that this is a monetary sponsorship program. If you wish to donate product for the conference, it must be accompanied by a paid sponsorship for the specific events you wish to sponsor. The Conference Planning Committee will review all donated products and make the final decision as to whether or not a sponsor’s product is to be used.

Platinum Sponsor--$10,000
Events may be co-sponsored by compatible companies via two gold sponsorships.

Presidents’ Banquet - Your company’s name will be printed on the banquet ticket.

Gold Sponsor--$6,000
Events may be co-sponsored by compatible companies via two silver sponsorships.

Sponsorships will be assigned in order of receipt with last year’s sponsor having the first right of refusal, which expires December 3. If your selection is no longer available after this date, the IFSA office will contact you to discuss alternative sponsorships.
