In order to take advantage of early registration fee pricing, your registration must be submitted no later than Monday, February 28, 2005. Normal registration fees apply after Monday, February 28, 2005.

Spouse / Non-industry Guest Fee
The $250.00 registration fee only applies to a spouse or non-industry attendee accompanying a fully paid registrant to the conference and covers the cost for all meals and social functions. Additionally, spouses and non-industry guests are cordially invited to participate in the educational sessions and tour the Exhibit Hall upon payment of the $250.00 registration fee.

Children
Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to attend any of the IFSA functions. Children 18 and older may attend conference functions by registering under one of the options listed above. Please note that there are no special prices for children.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations submitted in writing to the IFSA office will be refunded, less a US $50 processing charge if notification is received by Friday, March 25, 2005. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after that date. Refunds will be processed following the conference.
