Due to victim relief efforts, the Marriott is generously housing hurricane victims. For this reason, guest rooms are no longer available. The Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay is now offering the IFSA rate of $195.00 per night based on availability. Please contact them directly to make reservations. Transportation will be provided to any guests staying at the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay with details to be provided via individual email.
The cut-off date for reservations is April 1, 2005. Please contact the Grand Hyatt directly at (800) 233-1234 to make your reservations. To receive the IFSA rate you must identify yourself as part of the Inflight Food Service Association.

To receive the special airline rate, please email your contact information to jjeppson@kellencompany.com after making hotel reservation at the Grand Hyatt. No other information is needed in the email other than your name and contact information.
ATTENTION MEMBERS: Only those companies participating in the Exhibition or the
Conference Sponsorship Program will be permitted to have gift items delivered
to attendees’ sleeping rooms. If interested, you must first contact IFSA
Headquarters in writing by fax (404) 252-0774 or via email to ifsa@kellencompany.com,
subject line: Room Deliveries. Once the IFSA office has approved your request
and provided confirmation, a hotel representative will advise a per-room charge
for each delivery, and all delivery charges will be the responsibility of the
company providing the gift, not IFSA. Under no circumstances should a member ship
material to the hotel without permission. Material shipped to the hotel without
prior approval from the IFSA office WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
