Conference Registration
Registration for the conference will take place exclusively online. The easy-to-complete registration form is available by clicking here, and is designed to be fast, easy and provide you with immediate confirmation.

In order to qualify for an “Early Bird” discounted fee, the registration should be submitted no later than March 31, 2004. Normal registration fees apply after March 31, 2004.

Spouse/Guest Fee
The $250 registration fee applies to non-industry attendees accompanying a fully paid registrant to the conference and covers the cost for all meals and social functions. Spouses and guests are cordially invited to participate in the educational sessions and Exhibit Hall.

Children
Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to attend any of the IFSA functions. Children 18 and older may attend evening functions by purchasing a badge for a particular function. Please note that there are no special prices for children. Badges for each function will be available for sale at the registration desk.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations submitted in writing to the IFSA office will be refunded, less a US $50 processing charge if notification is received by April 8, 2004. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after that date. Refunds will be processed following the conference.

Banquet Reservations
The following procedure will be followed for reserving tables and/or individual seats at the annual IFSA President’s Dinner/Dance and Award Banquet on Tuesday, April 27. Each fully registered attendee that signs up for the banquet will receive a voucher in their conference registration packet good for one seat at the banquet. Please DO NOT dispose of this voucher. The voucher is not valid for admittance into the banquet; it MUST be exchanged at the banquet reservations desk for a banquet ticket. You must wear your Conference badge and present a ticket to enter the President’s Banquet.
