Conference
Registration
Registration for the conference will take place exclusively
online. The easy to complete registration form is accessible
from the Association’s Web site, and is designed to
save you time and give you immediate registration confirmation.
With just a few clicks on this secure site, you can register
for the meeting and start calling your industry peers to make
sure they are doing the same! A printable copy of the registration
form is available from IFSA Headquarters by contacting Julie

Conference
attendees underwrite the production of the annual conference.
The Conference fee offsets costs incurred for meal functions,
speaker honorariums and expenses, staging, audio/visual equipment,
music and other entertainment, decorations, program printing,
postage, Web site design, meeting management and other staff-related
costs incurred in the planning and coordination of the meeting.
Registration
for the IFSA Conference (April 27-29, 2003) is now being done
on-site at the Palais des Congres de Montreal.
Spouse
Fee
The registration fee for spouses accompanying a fully paid
registrant to the conference covers the cost of all meals
and social functions. Spouses are cordially invited to participate
in the education sessions and tour the Trade Show.
Advance
Registration
In order to qualify for the “Early Bird” registration
fee, the registration should be completed no later than March
31, 2003. Registrations received after this date are subject
to a late registration surcharge of US$50.
Exhibitor
Registration
For exhibiting companies, the Booth Contract Fee does not
include registration to attend conference activities or staff
the exhibit booth. Each exhibiting company is required to
register at least one of its representatives at the established
conference rate for the applicable member category. For companies
occupying three or more booths, two full conference registrations
are required. Once the above requirement is met, additional
“Exhibit Hall Only” badges may be purchased at
$150.00 each per day.
Trade
Show
The Annual Trade Show will be held in Exhibit Hall 210 at
the Palais des Congres de Montreal (Montreal Convention Center).
Cancellation
Policy
Cancellations submitted in writing to the IFSA office will
be refunded, less a US$50 processing charge, if notification
is received by April 15, 2003. There will be no refunds for
cancellations received after this date. All refunds will be
processed following the conference.
