Ground Transportation

Disney's Magical Express (DME) Complimentary Transportation is Disney’s way of helping you reach the meeting destination stress-free and focused. Disney picks you up and takes you from Orlando International Airport (MCO) to the Resort, while our "hands-free" luggage service delivers your bags from the plane directly to your room. Your complimentary departure is also a breeze with in-hotel boarding pass service and return shuttle to Orlando International Airport.

Transportation options from the Orlando International Airport include shuttle, limousine and car rental.

Shuttle

Mears Airport Shuttle is available from Orlando International Airport to Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. Shuttle tickets may be purchased at the time of boarding. For return to the airport, the shuttle boards at the entrance of the hotel. Make reservations 24 hours in advance and allow a minimum of two hours before flight time. Call (407) 423-5566.

Limo Service

Car Rental

Alamo® Rent A Car, the Official Rental Car of Walt Disney World® Resort, is conveniently located at the Orlando International Airport and at the Car Care Center near the parking exit of the Magic Kingdom® Park.

For Emerald Club customers, National Car Rental® is also located at the Car Care Center. Shuttle service to and from your location is provided seven days a week, Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (Holiday hours may vary.)

Shuttle service should be scheduled at least one hour in advance. Call (407) 824-3470 for shuttle service and reservations.

From Orlando International Airport: Take OIA South Exit (FL 417S - Toll) to the Osceola Parkway West (Exit 3) to Walt Disney World Exits.

From Sanford Airport: Take Lake Mary Blvd. West to FL 417 South to the Osceola Parkway West to Walt Disney World Exits.
