Exhibitor Personnel Registration Requirements

For exhibiting companies, the Booth Contract Fee does not include registration for booth personnel to attend conference activities or staff the exhibit booth. Each exhibiting company is required to register at least one of its representatives at the established registration rate for the applicable member category. For companies occupying three or more booths, two full conference registrations are required. Once the above requirement is met, additional “Booth Personnel Only” badges may be purchased at $150.00 each per day by contacting Ellen Hoy at ehoy@kellencompany.com.

Scheduling of Non-IFSA Functions

Please remember that no events are to be scheduled in conflict with official IFSA events. This would include hospitality suites, special breakfasts or dinners, and/or recreational activities.
