IFSA has reserved an additional block of rooms at the Crowne Plaza Houston Downtown, 1700 Smith Street, Houston, TX 77002
Rate: $150 plus tax ($100 plus tax for airline partners)

For individual reservations, call 713.739.8800 and reference IFSA Annual Conference. For reservations made on an individual basis, a credit card may be given to guarantee the guest room reservation. The credit card will not be charged until the you check out of the hotel. Cancellation of individual reservations will be accepted by the hotel, without penalty, up to 72 hours prior to their arrival date.

Room Deliveries

ATTENTION MEMBERS: Only those companies participating in the Exhibition or the Conference Sponsorship Program will be permitted to have gift items delivered to attendees’ sleeping rooms.

Once the IFSA office has approved your request and provided confirmation, a hotel representative will advise a per-room charge for each delivery, and all delivery charges will be the responsibility of the company providing the gift, not IFSA. Under no circumstances should a member ship material to the hotel without permission. Material shipped to the hotel without prior approval from the IFSA office WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
